To ensure product quality, each item undergoes a comprehensive inspection before shipping. However, in cases of missing items, incorrect products, or manufacturing defects, a 360-degree unboxing video is required. This video should capture the entire unboxing process from start to finish.
Please note, any claims must include:
- A complete 360-degree unboxing video.
- The invoice copy attached to the outer box.
- Clear photos of the products received.
Claims without these required elements will not be processed.
